We shouldn’t have been able to do the hike. Not with temperatures regularly soaring above 100F (40C) this time of year. And yet, there we were… enjoying an unseasonal “cold snap” that sent the mercury plummeting mercifully down into the mid-70s. Perfect for an early afternoon stroll through the famous Siq (gorge) and onto one of those sights you just have to experience.
