Thank you for sharing this highly informative perspective, which should give pause to those succumbing to FOMO. Reminds me of the collapse of commercial real estate in 1990, which wiped out the S&L industry and transferred billions in assets from individual investors to institutions. Few saw that magnitude of upheaval coming. The winners were those who chose to sit on the sidelines with cash, then buy property for peanuts.

Joel, Its all interesting about building a solid floor in the living room. The U.S. of A. hasn't had a solid floor or foundation since they took us off the Gold backed dollar in the early 70's. Since which times its been more games of economic theory from our politicians of how to operate on a floating Main st. economy with no stone foundation. I wish the best for Argentina expierement , they are striving to build a strong foundation under Main St. with less Government involvement.
