Joel Bowman with today’s Conversation from the end of the World: Buenos Aires, Argentina ~ Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania…

While little-known podcaster Joe Rogan was busy racking up a mere bazillion views with a certain former and aspiring president, your editor sat down for a conversation with his long-time friend, Byron King.

It’s true that our little powwow won’t get close to as many listeners as Joe and Donny, but we don’t mind. In our hour-long chat, we hit on a few subjects the aforementioned pair forgot to address… like who’s going to pay for the $35 trillion national debt, what to do about the rise and rise of the BRICS coalition, the generational shift in political power in “the west” and plenty more.

Byron is a Harvard-trained geologist, a former officer with the US Navy and aide to the United States Chief of Naval Operations. He’s also a keen natural resource investor, making him a sought after guest on MSN Money, Marketwatch, Fox Business News, CNBC’s Squawk Box, Larry Kudlow, PBS’s NewsHour…and now, Notes From the End of the World.

We’re always interested to get Byron’s take on the world. Please enjoy our discussion, below…

A Quick Interruption: I hope you’re enjoying Notes from the End of the World. As you may know, this is an independent, reader-supported publication. To receive new posts (and podcasts) and support my work, consider joining our growing community here...
