I loved this note. It is inspiring and I hope that Argentina can internalize the lessons they have been taught and become an example to all of us. Thank you for this work.

You continue to amuse me while keeping me informed: "And, while we’re at it, will those who can’t help but appending the 'dictator' epithet to the man’s name please explain to us why any authoritarian worth his salt would want to devolve power from the state to the people?"

Plus you're expanding my Spanish vocabulary as well. Thank you for keeping us informed as there is little to no news on this experiment up here in the States.

Hardly surprising the Powers that Be wouldn't want news of liberty spreading... people might get the "wrong" idea! Thanks for reading!

Joel, Like to hear that a Union questioned the objective of the strike and chose not to participate. And the videos showing people working in support of their President and his policies, is pretty awesome. I think Unions are important if they actually represent the members welfare and concerns. In the U.S. like our politicians , they are to corrupt and have lost their reason for existing .

Your reports from Argentina are inspiring. Thanks for the quote from Harry Browne who was perhaps, the smartest man to run for president as a libertarian.

Interesting that CNBC, BBC and the Guardian are whining about the changes.

Because they are controlled by Socialists

They *are* Socialists. The sort of people who are terrified at the thought of having to earn a living -- the BBC in particular being funded by a poll tax on an increasingly unwilling population.

They'll have plenty to complain about if our shameful, embarrassing politicos in the UK are anything to go by. We live in a permanent state of whining remoaners incapable of accepting that change is necessary and doing everything they can to frustrate and obfuscate the will of the people. (Inconveniently the wretched idiots voted the wrong way).

For some peculiar reason they seem to cling on to the belief that being shackled to a moribund EU is attractive to the average Joe. Golly.. One wonders why? Ah yes.. here comes the gravy train.
