Have a great trip back to Melbourne a city I have visited many times travelling from Dublin Ireland to meet up with my sister and family there. I'm always on the look out for Bill Bonner when he is in Dublin but sofar haven't bumped into him. Myself and my brother have read all of Bill's books and I said I wonder what I'd say if I stopped to have a chat with him or yourself. I said I'd thank him for showing what really goes on in the world of finance and politics. You have a great team at BPR and my brother described the Team as " The Four Wise Men "

You should go and camp in Bills field on the river Blackwater.

Sweet Jesus. Milei himself? And up close like that. Amazing. Buenos Aires ay? Might have to come for a visit. Make sure you give Milei a call for a catch up while I'm there. See if he can't learn English along the way.. My Spanish isn't working out so well. You can sell how beneficial it would be to us all.

I think my wife worked with your sister on the airlines and shared a post of yours during the funny business. Glad she did. You and your words have proven valuable.

There is something building I think. I feel it where I am. Trying to play my part. There are a few of us coming together and I think we can make a change here. Keep it up. One person at a time we will get there.. Soon the momentum will be behind the truth once people see that we can unlock an amazing future together for us all.

From the End of the the World to the Bottom of the world or as it was maliciously purported to be called by Paul Keating Labor premier of Australia at the time, as the arse-end. Not that he ever denied it. Enjoy.

I look forward to your impressions of what I fear is similar to the 'Rest of the West' suffering similar woke, virtue signalling politicians wasting hard earned taxpayer funds on keeping themselves popular.

Vicdanistan is well on the way to becoming the banana republic Keating warned us about

I remember reading Churchill. He put his hope for the future in The English-Speaking People.

He was a lover of heritage, lore and empire.

I guess he hoped what he cherished would be carried on.

I did too … until the pandemic when I became extremely disappointed in the Australian and New Zealand people.

For one of few times, probably the most important, Churchill was wrong.

I hope you report on that aspect of the sniveling surrender of freedom.

I am rereading Solzhenitsyn’s “Gulag Archipelago”, he pretty much describes the phenomenon.

Could be a bleak world coming.

Have a great, adventurous, intellectually enhancing trip.

May you find truth and expound it, to our benefit.

I read Solzhenitsyn's books many years ago. I should dig them out for a reread...

Yea, I read them many years ago. The Gulag Archipelago is a history. It is quite a bleak history and the thrown around number of 32 million killed or starved is probably accurate. The Russian people have suffered.

I guess the book got my attention the first time. I was callow in those days but I remember coming away knowing it could happen here.

Now, that the monster is starting, the book is that much more instructive.

One of my favorite AYN Rand"s observations:

The American Constitution along with the separation of Church and State should also have included the separation of the Economy and State.

Joel,

I live in Brisbane near the airport. Would like to help you if needed.

As for the G.C I have connections with the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, I would be most happy to arrange for you and family to visit CWS for a delightful day, that might bring back memories for you!

I enjoy your reports from the bottom of the world.

Cheers. Brad

Hi Joel,

I live on the Goldie and have been reading you along with Bill/Tom/Dan over at BPR since you started, so would be very happy to take you out for a drink or three of your choice. Tried to DM you but wouldn't let me do it for some reason - anyway reach out if you're keen.

Cheers

Kevin

Hey Mate,

I'm Melbourne based and would love to buy you an overpriced latte (but still good) and press the flesh. Let me know if you're ever wandering around aimlessly..

Is there any other way to wander? Let’s do a flat white. Hit me up with a DM and we’ll see if the times work. Best!
