Happy birthday! Free Julian Assange. Regime bootlickers are more upset about his reporting than the crimes and corruption he exposed.

Speaking of Edward Snowden, I saw a poster with a quote of his:

When exposing a crime is treated as committing a crime, you may know that you are ruled by criminals.

Yes Julian will certainly be punished. Just like the cop who supposedly killed George Floyd but the autopsy reported death was due to a drug overdose. Just like Jeffry Epstein hung himself and just like Trump was fined $355 million for misjudging the value of his property when applying for a loan on it, or just like Ed Snowden was pursued and had to defect to stay out of prison. When the lefties need to cancel everyone they want to protect democracy. Their narrative has failed in essentially every respect. They are traitors to the US funded by Soros just as he has funded Antifa, where they run around in black hoods so they can't be identified. Do you want to believe in dudes who don't want to be identified, wonder why? Or they sponsor the illegal immigrants. All attempts to put America in disaster mode so they can impose 15 minute cities, leaving all the jet fuel for themselves. Collectivist parasites !

Floyd's toxicology report was not clean — he did have levels of fentanyl, methamphetamine and THC in his blood at the time of his death. However, two separate autopsies found that Floyd did not die of a drug overdose.

What’s behind gate number 1?… that’s an awesome property! As an Australian cosseted by our Nanny Nation, it was refreshing to see a pond and pool without a pool fence! 😁

As a fellow Aussie, I actually laughed out loud at this. I recall a mate’s uncle who had a run in with the local busybodies over his pool fence (or lack thereof). He lived on a massive property, miles from anyone. When a local inspector came to tell him he needed to install a fence around the pool he had built himself decades ago, he pointed to the nearby dam (also unfenced) and said, “What about that?”

“That’s not a pool,” said the petite fonctionnaire, before issuing him a warning and saying he’d return in a couple of weeks to check on the fence.

When he did come back, he found a smattering of Lilly pads in the pool…but no fence. When he confronted the old fella about his lack of obedience/compliance, uncle simply replied.

“What pool? All I see is a couple of dams.”

We had the same stupidity when we applied to Anglicare to be foster parents. They came to inspect our house and garden but ignored the farm dams and open concrete water tanks. Then demanded a notice from the local council inspector to say our pool was safe. The plastic liner had perished years ago & couldn’t even hold 1 litre of water. Our son climbs through the holes in the sides of the rusted metal walls of the pool frame. The council man laughed when we described the pool and said they were the only organisation that ever wanted a notice.

Anglicare lost or binned our initial application because we ticked the prefer not to have Aboriginal children box ( about 70% of all children in foster care in Australia are cross bred Aboriginals even though they are only about 2% of the total population). We were judged not suitable parents in the end with reasons including that we did not understand cross generational trauma.

The Fourth Estate has deteriorated like an old French chateau falling into disrepair after a few centuries of non-use, as they have beclowned themselves so regularly and thoroughly, as they rightfully earned their title of presstitutes.

The fact that they won't defend one of the only legitimate members of their profession (Julian Assange), and then criticize the one person in their profession doing the job that they are supposed to do (Tucker Carlson) shows that their club is one that hardly anyone would want to be in. And with all due respect to George Carlin, I ain't wantin' to be in it.

Happy birthday Joel. I hope you have a great weekend (and beyond).

I am so impressed by what I have seen of Argentina in your missives.

As to Julian. I suspect he will get convicted as a warning to other journalists not to report on the less savoury activities of the state. And let's face it that's almost all of their endeavours.

Cheers,

Mike

This isn't about the content of your message, instead, a commentary on the video. Seeing where you are staying reminds me of our second home here in Mexico. I love that you can find a rather unappealing gate and fence on the outside, but once inside, have large gardens and pools. The street itself seemed like a neighbourhood street in Manzanillo where I am (not a great neighbourhood, but not a bad one either. There can be a lot of variance). People from Canada always ask is it better or worse. I just say it is different. Very little is truly binary. Looks like a terrific place to stay/visit!

The last time I tried to join you shut down my USAA card for 3 days because of some strange business title

Greetings Mr. Singleton, sorry to hear about the hassle with your card. That’s no fun. I have no control over shutting down your card (reckon that’s your bank). In any case, the confusion probably came from the name of my company, “Bowman Leonard Pub” out of Australia. (I’m Australian born…wife’s last name is Leonard and “pub” is short for “publishing.”) In any case, it’s corrected now so you should have no trouble joining, if indeed you wish to. If not, no worries. I hope this helps. All the best!
